will contact you to process payment.
- You can ask us to contact you direct to discuss your order

You will be asked to provide contact details but at no
stage will you be asked to submit bank or credit card details
on-line. The information provided will be treated in the strictest
confidence and will not be passed on to any third parties.
Payment methods
At present we do not process orders or payments on-line.
We do however accept interest in orders by email (captcookmuseum@middlesbrough.gov.uk)
and orders by post and payments by cheque (Payable to “Middlesbrough
Council”) or credit/debit card.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 10 working
days.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way please
contact us within 28 days of receipt and we will happily offer
you an exchange or a full refund.
